What a day! Libby was so excited she was up before dawn because it is her birthday. This isn't just any birthday Libby turned 12 today. She's been attending Young Women for a couple of months actually but now it's official. She does not have to worry what Reilly thinks of her anymore. And the big news is that she can finally wear make-up legally! So of course that's what she got for her gifts. She was thrilled. Libby loves life and is usually happy with what it brings her and today was no exception.
