Quick Note

I went to a fireside last night in Redlands with Susan Bednar, wife of Elder Bednar. It was amazing, she was amazing. One thing I was especially impressed with was she talked about when he was called to be in a stake presidency at age 30 and they lived 2 hours from the stake center. They had little children and life was hectic and hard. She said that as she struggled to support him she began to study the difference between the law of sacrifice and the law of consecration. There is a big difference! I hadn't really ever thought about it in my own life but realized that I've been really only barely living the law of sacrifice and maybe it's time to step it up. She talked about so many amazing things but this was one that I really needed to hear.
